AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and |
Duties Law of the
Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is |
amended by adding Section 2310-306 as follows:

Sec. 2310-306. Telemedicine brochure. The Department of |
Public Health, subject to appropriation, shall develop, |
publish, and disseminate a brochure to educate the general |
public on the use and availability in Illinois of telemedicine |
and the advantages of telemedicine in providing access to |
medical care in rural areas and in medically underserved areas.
