AN ACT concerning local government.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |
is amended by changing Section 4.17 as follows:
|
(70 ILCS 2605/4.17) (from Ch. 42, par. 323.17)
|
Sec. 4.17.
Said civil service board shall, on or before the |
31st 15th day of
January of each year, make to the trustees a |
report showing its own action,
the rules in force, the |
practical effects thereof and any suggestions it
may approve |
for the more effectual accomplishment of the purposes of this
|
Act. The trustees may require a report from said civil service |
board at any
time.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
