AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Addison Creek Restoration Commission Act is |
amended by changing Section 90 as follows:

Sec. 90. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2015 |
