AN ACT concerning public aid.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by |
changing Section 12-13.05 as follows:
|
(305 ILCS 5/12-13.05)
|
Sec. 12-13.05. Rules for Temporary Assistance for Needy |
Families.
All rules regulating the Temporary Assistance for |
Needy Families program and
all other rules regulating the |
amendatory changes to this Code made by this
amendatory Act of |
1997 shall be promulgated pursuant to this Section. All
rules |
regulating the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program |
and all
other rules regulating the amendatory changes to this |
Code made by this
amendatory Act of 1997 are repealed on July 1 |
2006. On and after July
1, 2006, the Illinois Department may |
not promulgate any rules regulating the
Temporary Assistance |
for Needy Families program or regulating the amendatory
changes |
to this Code made by this amendatory Act of 1997.
