AN ACT concerning education.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Interagency Coordinating Council Act is |
amended by changing Section 5 as follows:
|
(20 ILCS 3970/5) (from Ch. 127, par. 3835)

Sec. 5. Annual Report. On or before March 1 of each year, |
the Council shall
make a written report to the Governor and the |
General Assembly on its
activities for the preceding fiscal |
year. The report shall also include its
recommendations for |
administrative or legislative policies and programs which
will |
enhance the delivery of transition services. In the 2007 |
report, the Council shall include recommendations for |
expanding the recruitment of students and school personnel into |
programs that provide the coursework for Learning Behavioral |
Specialist II-Transition Specialist certification.
