AN ACT concerning the Metropolitan Water Reclamation |
District.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act |
is amended by adding Section 294 as follows:
|
(70 ILCS 2605/294 new) |
Sec. 294. District enlarged. Upon the effective date of |
this amendatory Act of the 94th General Assembly, the corporate |
limits of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District are |
extended to include within those limits the following described |
tracts of land, and those tracts are hereby annexed to the |
District. |
Parcel 1: |
ALL OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 35 |
NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK |
COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

THE WEST ONE ACRE OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, |
TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL |
MERIDIAN IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS. |

ALL OF "TRINITY LAKES PHASE 1," A SUBDIVISION OF THE SW 1/4 OF |
THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 35 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF |

ON 13 JANUARY 2005, ALL IN COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
