AN ACT concerning transportation.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by changing |
Section 11-1427.3 as follows:
|
(625 ILCS 5/11-1427.3)
|
Sec. 11-1427.3. Rules for all-terrain vehicles and |
off-highway
motorcycles.
The Department of Natural Resources |
may
shall adopt rules to implement and
administer the |
provisions of Sections 11-1426, 11-1427, 11-1427.1, and
|
11-1427.2.
