AN ACT concerning cemeteries.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by adding | ||||
Section 11-49-5 as follows: | ||||
(65 ILCS 5/11-49-5 new) | ||||
Sec. 11-49-5. Scattering garden. The corporate authorities | ||||
of any municipality may establish a scattering garden in any | ||||
municipal cemetery for the purpose of scattering cremated | ||||
remains.
