| AN ACT concerning land.
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| represented in the General Assembly:
| Article 1. | Section 1-5. Upon the payment of the sum of $3,450 to the | State of Illinois, and subject to the condition set forth in | Section 1-25 of this Act, the People of the State of Illinois | hereby release the following described land located in | Whiteside County, Illinois from all dedication and easement | rights and interest acquired for highway purposes:
| Parcel No. 2DWHX93: | A part of Lot 5 in Block 5 as designated upon the Plat of | Oltman Park Subdivision, a subdivision of the Northeast | Quarter of Section 33, Township 21 North, Range 7 East of | the Fourth Principal Meridian, the Plat of said Subdivision | is recorded January 12, 1931 in Plat Book 8 on Page 11 in | the Recorder's Office of Whiteside County, State of | Illinois, described as follows: | Beginning at an iron pin and cap at the northwest corner of | said Lot 5; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 07 seconds |
