| AN ACT concerning land.
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| represented in the General Assembly:
| Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $2,300 to the | State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in | Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of | Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all | right, title and interest in and to the following described | land in LaSalle County, Illinois, to Marc Scolari. | Parcel No. 3EX0101: | A part of Lot 1 in Block 22 in the Subdivision of 10 acre | Lot 5, in the City of Peru, located in the Southwest | quarter of Section 16, Township 33 North, Range 1 East, of | the Third Principal Meridian, LaSalle County Illinois, | described as follows: | Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 1, thence | easterly 50.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 1; | thence southwesterly to the South line of said Lot 1, 25.00 | feet easterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence | westerly along said South line to the southwest corner of | said Lot 1; thence northerly along the West line of said | Lot 1, to the Point of Beginning, containing 1,875 square |

Upon the payment of the sum of $3,000 to the | State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in | Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of | Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all | right, title and interest in and to the following described | land in St. Clair County, Illinois, to Kristine M. Noffsinger. |
| Parcel No. 800XC84: | That part of the Lots 61, 62, and 63 of the First Addition | to Bruce Place, a subdivision of part of Lots 193 and 194, | part of U.S. Surveys 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54 and 55, | Commonfields of Cahokia, reference being had to the plat | thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair | County, Illinois in Plat Book 51 on Page 42, St. Clair | County, Illinois, described as follows: | Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot 63; | thence on an assumed bearing of South 46 degrees 19 minutes | 21 seconds West on the southeasterly line of said Lot 63, a | distance of 93.65 feet to the easterly right of way line of | FAI Route 255 (I 255), being of variable width; thence | North 12 degrees 46 minutes 53 seconds West on said | easterly right of way line, 182.38 feet to the | southwesterly right of way line of Sycamore Street, 50 feet | wide; thence South 43 degrees 40 minutes 39 seconds East | along said southwesterly right of way line, 156.50 feet to | the Point of Beginning. | Said Parcel 800XC84 herein described contains 0.1682 | acres, or 7,328 square feet, more or less. | Parcel 800XC84 is subject to any and all utility easements, | and the rights existing to any and all facilities for said | easements on the real estate herein above described. |
| Direct access shall not be allowed from Parcel 800XC84 to | FAI Route 255 (I 255). | Section 900. The Secretary of Transportation shall obtain a | certified copy of the portion of this Act containing the title, | enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate Section | containing the land description of the property to be | transferred or otherwise affected under this Act within 69 days | after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required | by the Section shall record the certified document in the | Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
| Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | becoming law.
