(5) One member representing the Office of the Attorney |
General, appointed by the Attorney General; |
(6) One member representing the Office of the Secretary |
of State, appointed by the Secretary of State; |
(7) One member representing the Office of the Governor, |
appointed by the Governor; |
(8) One member representing the Department of Natural |
Resources, appointed by the Director of Natural Resources; |
(9) One member representing the Department of Public |
Aid, appointed by the Director of Public Aid; |
(10) One member representing the Department of |
Revenue, appointed by the Director of Revenue; |
(11) One member representing the Department of State |
Police, appointed by the Director of State Police; and

(12) One member representing the Department of |
Employment Security, appointed by the Director of |
Employment Security. |
(b) The Task Force shall examine the procedures used by the |
State to protect an individual against the unauthorized |
disclosure of his or her social security number when the State |
requires the individual to provide his or her social security |
number to an officer or agency of the State. |
(c) The Task Force shall report its findings and |
recommendations to the Governor, the Attorney General, the |
Secretary of State, and the General Assembly no later than the |
first day of the 2004 fall veto session of the 93rd General |
Assembly.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
