    AN ACT concerning education.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 3. House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General Assembly
is amended, if and only if that bill becomes law, by adding
Section 99 as follows:

    (H.B. 1175, 102nd G.A., Sec. 99 new)
    Sec. 99. This Act (House Bill 1175 of the 102nd General
Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this
amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly (House Bill 722
of the 102nd General Assembly).

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
