    AN ACT concerning transportation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. If and only if House Bill 156 of the 101st
General Assembly becomes law, the Transportation Network
Providers Act is amended by changing Section 34 as follows:

    (625 ILCS 57/34)
    Sec. 34. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2023
~~June 1, 2021~~.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
