    AN ACT concerning safety.
  
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
 
represented in the General Assembly:
  
 
 
    (420 ILCS 40/15 rep.)
    Section 5. The Radiation Protection Act of 1990 is amended  
by repealing Section 15.
