    AN ACT concerning State government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Human Trafficking Task Force Act is amended
by changing Sections 20 and 25 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 5085/20)
    (Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2017)
    Sec. 20. Report. On or before June 30, 2018 ~~2017~~, the Human
Trafficking Task Force shall report its findings and
recommendations to the General Assembly, by filing copies of
its report as provided in Section 3.1 of the General Assembly
Organization Act, and to the Governor.

    Sec. 25. Task force abolished; Act repealed. The Human
Trafficking Task Force is abolished and this Act is repealed on
July 1, 2018 ~~2017~~.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
