IDPH-IMMUNIZATION-RULE-HEARING                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Civil  Administrative  Code  of  Illinois  and   the      
   Communicable  Disease Prevention Act. In provisions requiring 3 public      
   hearings in the case of  rules  regarding  immunization  of  children,      
   requires  the  hearings  if  a  rule or amendment to a rule adds a new      
   vaccine requirement or makes substantial changes in  the  language  of      
   the religious or medical objection exemptions to immunization.
