Provides that when a builder, appraiser, or realtor advertises a residential property that he or she is building, appraising, selling, or leasing, the builder, appraiser, or realtor must comply with the National Association of Home Builders and the American National Standards Institute's standards for determining square footage of a residence. Provides a civil penalty of $1,000 per violation to be deposited into the General Revenue Fund.
