Short description: MIN WAGE-OVERTIME-VEHICLE-SALE Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the overtime pay requirements of the Minimum Wage Law by providing that they do not apply to a salesman or mechanic primarily engaged in selling or servicing motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, or off-highway vehicles if the salesman or mechanic is employed by a nonmanufacturing establishment primarily engaged in the business of selling those vehicles to ultimate purchasers.
