Short description: 
TOBACCO-MINOR-INTRNET-INJUNCTN                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Sale of Tobacco to Minors Act, the  Smokeless  Tobacco      
   Limitation Act, and the Tobacco Accessories and Smoking Herbs Control       
   Act. Provides that sales to minors prohibited under the Acts include        
   sales using the Internet. Provides that if the State's Attorney has         
   reasonable cause to believe that  a  person  is  engaged  in,  or  has      
   engaged  in,  any act involving a prohibited sale to a minor using the      
   Internet, the State's Attorney may bring a civil action for injunctive      
   relief against the person.  Effective immediately.
