PARK DIST-FINES                                                            

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Park District  Code.   Authorizes  park  districts  to      
   prescribe  fines  and  penalties not to exceed $1,000 (currently $500)      
   for ordinance violations.  Effective immediately.
