CHLD NEGLECT-PSYCHOTROPIC DRUG                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Abused and Neglected  Child  Reporting  Act.  Provides      
   that  for purposes of the definition of "neglected child", the refusal      
   of a parent or legal guardian of a child to administer or  consent  to      
   the  administration  of  a  psychotropic  drug  to  the child is not a      
   failure to provide adequate medical care for the child.
