Makes appropriations to the Department of Public Aid for its ordinary and contingent expenses for FY 2002. Makes supplemental appropriations to the Department of Public Aid for medical assistance under the Illinois Public Aid Code and the Child- ren's Health Insurance Program Act. The FY 2002 appropriations become effective July 1, 2001. The supplemental appropriations are effective immediately.
