COUNTIES CD-FINES-LIMITS                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Counties  Code.  Provides  that  certain  fines  and      
   penalties that may be implemented  by  a  county  board  in  enforcing      
   certain  ordinances,  rules  and regulations may not exceed $750 (now,      
   $500).
