Senate Sponsors: MYERS. Short description: JUV CT-MINORS-CT SUPERVISION Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that the court must impose upon a minor who requires authoritative intervention or upon an addicted minor a fee of $25 for each month or partial month the minor is under supervision with a probation officer. Provides that the court may assess a lesser fee if the court determines that the minor or the parent, guardian, or legal custodian of the minor is unable to pay the fee.
