Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Secured Transactions Article of the Uniform Commercial      
   Code.  Adds provisions concerning: control of beneficial interests  in      
   Illinois land trusts; the law governing the perfection and priority of      
   collateral  assignments  of  beneficial  interests  in  Illinois  land      
   trusts;  priority  of  security  interests  in beneficial interests in      
   Illinois land trusts; and other matters.
