Creates the ICCB Adult Education Fund as a special fund in the State treasury. Provides that all money in the ICCB Adult Education Fund may be used, subject to appropriation, by the Illinois Community College Board for operational expenses associated with the administration of adult education and literacy activities and for the payment of costs associated with education and educational-related services to local eligible providers for adult education and literacy as provided by the United States Department of Education. Effective immediately.
