Allows judges to purchase credit for certain military service at a reduced cost until May 1, 2002. Effective immediately. PENSION NOTE (Pension Laws Commission) The fiscal impact of SB 499 cannot be calculated, as the amount of military service credit that would be established during the window is unknown.
