Provides that whenever treatment is ordered relating to the administration of medication to a recipient of mental health services who is confined in a county or municipal jail or other pretrial detention facility awaiting trial on a criminal charge, the clerk of the court must send a copy of the order for treatment to the counsel who represents the recipient in the criminal proceeding.
