Provides that stock options granted during the marriage and before a judgment of dissolution of marriage or declaration of invalidity of marriage are presumed to be marital property. Provides that the presumption is overcome by a showing that the stock options were granted by specified methods. Provides that the court shall allocate stock options at judgment in accordance with specified factors.
