CHILD PASSENGER PROTECT-FINE                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Child Passenger Protection Act.  Increases from $25 to      
   $50 the maximum fine for a violation of the Act.  Increases  from  $50      
   to $100 the maximum fine for a subsequent violation.
