CRIM CD-FIREARM-INTOXICATED                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Firearm  Owners  Identification  Card  Act  and  the      
   Criminal Code of 1961.  Provides that it is unlawful for a  person  to      
   sell  or  transfer  a  firearm  to  an  intoxicated person.  Effective      
   immediately.
