Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.  Provides that the Secretary of      
   State shall at  a  license  applicant's  request  substitute  for  the      
   applicant's social security number his or her federal tax number or an      
   alternative identifying number to be assigned by the Secretary.
