Provides that the supplemental general State aid grant for a school district with a low income concentration level of less than 35% (instead of with a level of at least 20% and less than 35%) shall be $800 multiplied by the low income eligible pupil count. Effective July 1, 2001. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. For the 2001-2002 school year and each school year thereafter, provides for supplemental general State aid grants for school districts with low income concentration levels of at least 35% (in the same amounts as specified for the 2000-2001 school year).
