Urges the Department of Central Management Services to refrain from renewing any State contracts with OnLine Interpreters until it is satisfied that OnLine Interpreters has complied with its legal duties to allow its employees to organize a union. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Resolves that the Department of Central Management Services will review its contracts with OnLine Interpreters for compliance with this resolution before renewing any contracts (instead of urging the Department "to refrain from renewing any State contracts with OnLine Interpreters until it is satisfied that OnLine Interpreters has com- plied with its legal duties to allow its employees to organize a union").
