Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Supports   legislation   to    prohibit    prior    authorization      
   requirements, formularies, financial incentives, and other impediments      
   that attempt to control  the  doctor's  recommendation  and  patient's      
   choice  of  a  particular  drug  or  course  of  treatment to meet the      
   patient's needs.
