TOBACCO SETTLEMENT FUND                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Recommends the Department of  Public  Health  to  set  aside  the      
   Tobacco   Settlement   Fund  appropriation  of  $11  million  to  help      
   compensate for short falls in the State of Illinois budget.
