RTA ACT-BARGAINING UNITS                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Regional  Transportation  Authority  Act.  Authorizes      
   employees  who  are in bargaining units with the Suburban Bus Division      
   to join with one or more other bargaining units  for  the  purpose  of      
   negotiating  a  new, single collective bargaining agreement applicable      
   to the participating bargaining units.
