Appropriates the sum of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Agricultural Premium Fund for pass through to the Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Marketing and Promotion for expenses connected with the promotion and marketing of Illinois agriculture and agricultural exports.
