Provides that truck (instead of single cask truck) shipments of greater than 250 miles in Illinois are subject to a $25 fee per mile over 250 for each truck in the shipment (instead of the first truck in each shipment). Removes reference to the rules of the Department of Nuclear Safety in the Section concerning the Nuclear Safety Emergency Preparedness Fund. Effective immediately.
