INS DEPENDENT CONTINUATION                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.  Provides  that  policies  of      
   accident   and  health  insurance  that  provide  for  termination  of      
   dependent coverage upon attainment of  a  limiting  age  must  provide      
   that,  upon notice to the company, the coverage can be continued for a      
   period of 9 months.  Effective immediately.
