Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code.  Makes a technical change  in  a  Section      
   concerning gifted education.                                                
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          105 ILCS 5/14A-7                                                     
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          105 ILCS 5/17-2A                from Ch. 122, par. 17-2A             
        Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends  the  School      
   Code.  In  a  Section  allowing  certain interfund transfers in school      
   districts with a population of less than 500,000, removes the limit on      
   the amount  of  money  that  may  be  transferred.  Also  removes  the      
   provision  that  provides  that  other  authorized permanent interfund      
   transfers  for  which  the  transferee  Fund  is  not  precisely   and      
   specifically set forth in the provision of the School Code authorizing      
   the transfer shall be made to the Fund most in need of the funds being      
   transferred. Effective immediately.                                         
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                
        Restores  the  provision  that  provides  that  other  authorized      
   permanent interfund transfers for which the  transferee  fund  is  not      
   precisely  and  specifically  set forth in the provision of the School      
   Code authorizing the transfer shall be made to the fund most  in  need      
   of the funds being transferred.                                             
        SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2.                                                
        Restores  current  language  that  allows  the  transfer  if  the      
   transfer  is  made  solely  for  the  purpose  of  meeting   one-time,      
   non-recurring expenses.
