Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the Department of Central Management Services. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 20 ILCS 405/405-1 Adds reference to: 20 ILCS 405/405-22 Deletes everything. Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Teacher Health Insurance Funding Task Force shall report its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the General Assembly on or before December 1, 2002, rather than April 1, 2002. Provides that the Task Force is abolished and the Section repealed on December 31, 2002, rather than July 1, 2002. Effective immediately.
