Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes everything. Provides for the restoration of rights or easements of access, crossing, light, air, and view from, to, and over certain land in Bond County, Kendall County, Woodford County, Grundy County, Macoupin County, and Lawrence County and restores certain land to the Department of Transportation. Authorizes the conveyance of certain land from the Department of Human Services to the Kankakee River Valley Forest Preserve District. Authorizes the Director of Veterans' Affairs to convey certain real property in Kankakee County to the Manteno Fire Protection District.
