Requires the Secretary of State to file a certified copy of an association's articles of incorporation and amendments to the articles with the Director of Agriculture. Requires an association to file a report with the Director of Agriculture within 30 days after its first election of officers. Changes the items required to be filed in an association's annual report and the time for filing the report. Provides that filing fees shall be paid to the Secretary of State. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
