Increases the minimum liability policy limits that must be carried on a motor vehicle. Increases the minimum for property damage from $15,000 to $25,000; for bodily injury or death to one person from $20,000 to $30,000; and for bodily injury to 2 or more persons in a single accident from $40,000 to $60,000.
