NAPRAPATHIC PRACT-SUNSET                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act.   Extends  the  repeal  of  the      
   Naprapathic Practice Act to January 1, 2013.  Effective immediately.        
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Professional Regulation)                  
          The Department does not expect HB 4239, as currently presented,      
          to significantly change the Agency's existing financial              
          situation.
