NAPRAPATHIC PRACT-SUNSET                                                   

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act.   Extends  the  repeal  of  the      
   Naprapathic Practice Act to January 1, 2013.  Effective immediately.        
          FISCAL NOTE (Department of Professional Regulation)                  
          It is not expected that HB 4152, as currently presented, would       
          significantly change the Agency's existing financial situation.
