Short description: 
BLOOD DONATION-LOWER AGES                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Blood Donation Act.  Provides that a person may donate      
   blood without parental permission if the person is  (i)  at  least  16      
   years  of  age or (ii) at least 15 years of age and in possession of a      
   valid Illinois driver's  license  or  instruction  permit.   Effective      
   immediately.
