ELEC-PRES ELECTOR CONTESTS                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election  Code.   Provides  for  the  contest  of  the      
   election  of  presidential  electors in the same manner as contests of      
   elections  of  statewide  executive  branch  constitutional  officers.      
   Effective immediately.
