Short description: 
HOME REPAIR FRAUD-SENIORS                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Home Repair Fraud  Act.   In  provisions  relating  to      
   victims  who  are  60  years  of  age  or  older or a disabled person,      
   increases criminal penalties and lowers the  monetary  thresholds  for      
   enhanced penalties.  In addition, provides that the offenders licenses      
   and permits may be suspended or revoked.                                    
          JUDICIAL NOTE (Illinois Courts Administrative Office)                
          HB 4123 would neither increase nor decrease the number of            
          judges needed in the State.                                          
          CORRECTIONAL NOTE (Department of Corrections)                        
          Fiscal impact and impact on the corrections population would         
          be minimal from HB 4123.
